Pinestone at Palmer Ranch features a clubhouse, lighted junior Olympic size swimming pool, 32 seat movie theater, 1/2 basketball court/Pickleball court, two lighted tennis courts, billiard room, card room, fitness center, library, hot tub/spa, fire pit area with seating and BBQ grills.

Siesta Beach on Siesta Key is only 6.6 miles away over the south bridge where you can experience the soft powdered sugar quartz sand and the aqua blue waters!
